Build Phases

Phase 1 – Requirements – Collecting your requirements, and deposit is paid
Phase 2 – Design – Start of designing the website
Phase 3 – Development – Any Development work required, testing and signing off the project
Phase 4 – Launch – Ready to Launch / Engage with Social Media Channels (Full Payment)

Payment Terms
We reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit on any ‘clients’ website to be initialised.  This will be used towards the ‘total’ amount cost for your website.

Startups – Deposit Required – £100, (Total Remaining Payable £150) (Original cost – £250)
Business – Deposit Required – £157, (Total Remaining Payable £175) (Original cost – £350)
Enterprise – Deposit Required – £225, (Total Remaining Payable £225) (Original cost – £450)

After your website has completed its ‘initial design’ you will have a 30 day period to make any additional changes to the website. After this period you will be charged £50 per feature or integration whether it’s (Frontend or Backend Design or Development) for your website.

We will not carry out this work until we have received written confirmation from you. Once it has been confirmed and the work has been completed you will be invoiced for that feature requiring design or development. 

Additional Expenses:
If you require a solution to be integrated with a specific ‘technology’ that requires payment, you will be asked first before we purchase and bill this to your invoice whether it’s monthly or annually. 

Website Maintenance
If you find that you cannot update your website and issue ‘regular’ updates to your website. We will recommend you purchase the ‘Website Maintenance’ package which we will then issue updates, upload to your website at your request.  Price starts from £10 per Month (Depending on Website Package or Website Size’.

Website Development
If you find that you cannot update your website and issue ‘regular’ updates to your website. Website White labelling

If you wish to remove the ‘ Website Designed by Lyntree’ credit, a nominal fee of £100 will be applied via an invoice to you.

Website Termination
If you wish to cancel your website. Please notify us as soon as possible due to billing. We will download your website and send it via a zip file and then erase your website from our server. This cost is free. 

Copyright of Website
The Design copyright is held with Lyntree but the website itself is copyrighted and belongs to the ‘client’ ‘you’. 
If we have requested images or videos, it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant rights and permissions to use these files ‘commercially’ for your business.

Failure Of Content
If you would like us to upload content to your website, it is ‘Your Responsibility to ensure that any images or videos / streams / music / files that you send to us you have already gained the relevant permissions and copyright to use them. 

If we have requested content, please provide this before the ‘release schedule’, otherwise your project may be delayed. We do ask our clients to be responsive and in a timely manner.

Failure Of Payment
If you should have any issues with payments regarding your Website please notify us as soon as possible and we will place your ‘website on hold’. This means a ‘temporary’ page will be listed on your domain until you’re ready with payment.

If we have not received your payment within 90 days, we will terminate your account and invoice you for the remaining balance.

Failure Of Policies
If we have asked you to implement a ‘Privacy Policy on your website regarding your business and how you collect personal information data. We will ask you the last time to provide this information and if not we are obligated to report you to the Information Commissioner’s Office. 

Failure Of Violations
If we find any content on your website that is not allowed under the terms of services of ‘Website Hosting’ which includes the following: Pornography, Child Abuse, Mental Abuse, Disinformation, Terrorist or ANYTHING to do with COVID, Hacking, Dossing, Bot Nets, BitCoin or Illegal Downloads, Weapons, we will ask you to remove it. If you do not remove it, we will terminate your website and you will be reported to the Police.
